KEYS SEASON SPECIAL Heading to the Key West Art Center. Available through the gallery for the special exhibition price of $175.00. Palm Shade capturea a quiet pause at th edge of the water, where the sweeping palm creates a cool frame against brilliant turquoise and sunlit sand. A small chair and unexpected touch of orange interrupt the calm, bringing human presence into the scene without a figure. Broad areas of color contrast with more active, expressive marks in the palm, allowing light, movement and atmosphere to carry the painting.
